Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth by connecting with HR, L&D, and business leaders across organizations. The role involves generating leads, conducting meetings, building corporate relationships, and closing partnerships for employee education and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to prospective corporate clients through cold calling, email outreach, Visit Offices, LinkedIn, and networking.
Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, and business leaders.
Present CareerSecure's higher education and workforce development solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across organizations.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable learning and development solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of corporate partnerships.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Min. 2 year of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, B2B EdTech Sales, HR Solutions, Training, or Learning & Development sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
Willing to travel for official work, including client meetings, corporate outreach, and partnership discussions.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Candidate must have own laptop.
