Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive and Assistant Manager Sales located in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing sales teams, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include market research, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management and marketing in the pharmaceutical and similar industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
