Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify potential clients and proactively generate leads through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
Conduct product demonstrations and address client inquiries effectively.
Quota Achievement:Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue.
Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
Close deals and finalize contracts with clients.
Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the sales manager.
Collaboration with Team:Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to enhance product/service offerings.
