As DB and Star continue to integrate, the role will evolve into a predominantly Star Hospitality-focused position, helping to build the systems, insights, and ways of working needed to drive profitable growth.

Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Star) to turn strategy into clear, data-led execution plans
Deliver robust reporting and insights, identifying risks and opportunities and translating analysis into actionable recommendations
Support pricing, forecasting, and planning cycles while driving governance, capability, and consistent use of RM tools and frameworks
What you’ll bring
Experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Sales, Category, Pricing, or a similar commercial/analytical role
Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer/channel dynamics
Advanced analytical capability, able to turn data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Advanced Excel skills, with experience using tools such as Power BI, SAP, or similar analytics platforms
Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to align across teams
Self-starter with a high level of ownership, bringing structure, clarity, and commercial discipline
Curious, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement
