Job Description:
Tata 1mg in Gurugram is seeking qualified and dedicated Pharmacists to join our team. As a Pharmacist at Tata 1mg, you will be responsible for dispensing medications as per prescriptions, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive the correct medications promptly and safely. Responsibilities:
• Dispensing medications as per prescriptions or indents.
• Raising Pharmacy Requisition slips as per requirements.
• Receiving stock from stores and verifying against Issue Slips for quantity, batch number, and expiry dates.
• Conducting daily physical verification of stocks with computer data.
• Taking monthly stock of short-expiry medicines.
• Taking biannual stock of non-moving medicines.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure effective service and total patient care.
• Providing information and advice to patients about their medications and potential side effects.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Keeping accurate records of all transactions and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
• M. Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, or D. Pharmacy (With PCI certification).
• Strong understanding of pharmacology and medical terminology.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest in the field.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software and managing inventory.
• Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but freshers are welcome.
