About Us: Join Satyam Ford, a leading Authorised Ford service station committed to top-notch service and customer satisfaction. We seek a Telecaller cum Customer Care Executive to enhance our customer service and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to inform customers about our services and promotions.
Handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and address customer concerns.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Maintain and update customer records.
Assist with service bookings and coordinate with the service team.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Be responsible for any additional duties that are related to Customer Care
Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer care, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
