About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in merchandising or a related field and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with designers, production teams, and suppliers to develop and execute merchandising strategies. You will monitor market trends, analyze data, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards.

You will oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize product positioning and promotional activities.

A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities through regular market research. You will maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and production data.
Qualifications
