Job Overview

This senior leadership role is designed to oversee the development and implementation of people systems, administration, and IT strategies that align with the organization's growth goals.
Main Responsibilities
• People Systems and Practices: Develop and execute robust recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, and exit processes. Ensure timely, fair, and compliant HR practices.
• Employee Engagement and Well-being: Lead employee engagement initiatives, run feedback mechanisms, and act on insights to reinforce inclusive workplace behaviors.
• Learning and Leadership Development: Execute learning plans aligned to team and organizational needs, monitor learning journeys, and facilitate leadership development initiatives.
• Administration and Infrastructure Management: Manage facilities, hygiene, procurement, stocks, travel, and hotel bookings across locations, maintain SOPs for quality, cost-effectiveness, and consistency.
• IT Systems and Support: Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure, strengthen data privacy, access control, and compliance, promote digital adoption for collaboration, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong focus on employee experience, engagement, and well-being, ability to manage administrative operations with efficiency and rigor, service-oriented and collaborative in a cross-functional environment.
• Educational Background: Post-graduation in any field, specialization in Human Resource Management preferred.
• Desired Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of total work experience, minimum 5 years in a strategic leadership role, currently in a leadership role in a non-profit organization leading Human Resources Administration.
