About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the execution of key marketing initiatives. In this role, you will focus on implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing content, optimizing engagement across platforms, and assisting with lead generation efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities
Content Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Assist in maintaining the content calendar and repurposing content for different channels.
Optimize engagement and monitor performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Website SEO Support
Update and maintain website pages, ensuring content is up to date.
Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research and optimizing content.
Track website performance and assist with technical SEO improvements.
Lead Generation Email Marketing
Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and automation.
Manage lead capture forms and gated content to drive conversions.
Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing for better results.
Event Marketing Materials
Assist with event planning, including collateral preparation, booth logistics, and follow-up campaigns.
Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Advertising Campaign Execution
Support digital advertising efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) by managing campaigns and tracking results.
Collaborate with the team to refine targeting and messaging based on performance.
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong writing skills and experience with content creation.
Familiarity with social media management tools, WordPress, HubSpot, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
Ability to track campaign performance using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
