Position: Senior Manufacturing/Plant Financial Controller
We are seeking a visionary Manufacture/Plant Financial Controller to build and lead a robust financial framework that supports our growth strategy in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
You will establish and oversee all financial systems, compliance, and strategic planning for our new manufacturing facility. You will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, optimize cost structures, and drive cross-border financial efficiency. This role demands deep expertise in manufacturing finance, tax compliance, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Financial Infrastructure Development
· Design and implement U.S. GAAP-compliant accounting policies, cost structures, and ERP workflows tailored to domestic manufacturing operations.
· Identify and apply for state/local manufacturing incentives.
· Ensure compliance with IRS, and international trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms).
Strategic Business Partnership
· Provide ROI analysis for CAPEX investments (e.g., assembly line automation, facility expansion).
· Analyze marginal contribution ratios to support make-or-buy decisions.
Cost Optimization
· Monitor and analyze raw material price volatility (e.g., copper) and develop dynamic cost-control strategies.
· Conduct monthly variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs) and drive corrective actions.
Supply Chain Finance Cash Flow
· Streamline cash flow management for JIT production, optimizing inventory turnover and payables cycles.
· Optimize working capital through dynamic accounts payable/receivable strategies.
· Manage letters of credit (LC) for local suppliers and cross-border cash pool transactions.
Production Accounting Reporting
· Track labor efficiency, scrap rates, and overhead absorption to identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Prepare Made/Assembled in USA certification documentation and support audits.
Cash Flow Tax Management
· Lead federal/state tax filings, transfer pricing, and compliance.
· Optimize working capital by managing payables/receivables cycles.
· Manage federal/state tax filings and available tax credit claims
· Oversee the manufacturing facility's fixed asset depreciation (MACRS) and property tax assessments.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
· In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS, cost accounting methods (Standard/ABC), and tax compliance for cross-border operations.
· 8+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing industries, with 3+ years in a leadership role at a multinational subsidiary.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA or CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred).
· Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling.
Industry Preference
· Experience in electrical equipment, industrial components, or data center infrastructure sectors.
Soft Skills
· Strong leadership in cross-cultural environments and high-pressure scenarios.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (critical for HQ collaboration).
· Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
