JD for Product and Policy :

Following are the Key Responsibility Areas of Sr. Manager/Chief Manager-Product and Policy :

- Drafting of Policies & Operating Guidelines for various loan products (Wheels).

- Analysing the market trends/practices and benchmarking of policies with the market.

- Formulation of new policies/products, processes, scorecards, and monitoring mechanisms

- Interfacing with the Business and Collections team to assess requirements and build solutions and suitable strategies for the deployment of such solutions.

- Analysis of portfolio and ensuring portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews, and delinquency control.

Manager/Sr. Manager/Chief Manager - Product & Policy

Qualification- CA/MBA in finance

Experience - 5-8 Years

Location - Jaipur

Salary -15-20 LPA
