Job Description
Location: Jaipur (Preferred)
Experience: 10+ years in Media, Content, or Fashion Industry
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Fabriclore
Fabriclore is a VC-funded, technology-led B2B textile company headquartered in Jaipur, India. Founded in 2016, we've built a platform that connects fashion brands, designers, and manufacturers with India's rich and diverse fabric ecosystem.
We enable fashion businesses to source high-quality fabrics with unmatched flexibility—offering a full stack sourcing experience, low minimum order quantities, custom manufacturing, and reliable end-to-end fulfillment. We are digitizing a traditionally fragmented and opaque supply chain, with AI led automations to bring transparency, speed, and scale to fabric sourcing, globally.
At the intersection of textiles and technology, we're on a mission to make India's textile heritage accessible to the world while empowering our partner weavers and manufacturers. If you're excited about building at the crossroads of commerce, craft, and technology, we'd love to hear from you.
Fabriclore supplies to over 500 fashion brands/businesses across India and other international markets with a 200+ supplier network, managed by our teams across Jaipur, NCR, Surat, Mumbai etc.
About the Role
Fabriclore is building the definitive Fabric Sourcing Ecosystem for the fashion industry—and we're going beyond being a tech-led B2B platform to becoming a genuine thought leader and cultural voice in the space.
We're looking for a Sr. Manager / VP of Content & Media Management to lead this charge. This is not a conventional content marketing role. We want someone to build a media engine that champions the business of fashion—the designers, private labels, brands, students, and craftspeople who make the industry run—and tells the stories that rarely get told.
The fashion industry is too often reduced to ramp walks and celebrity trends. We want to become the behind-the-scenes (BTS) champion that surfaces the real drivers: sourcing, craft, supply chains, design decisions, and the people behind the labels. If you can build that voice, this role is yours to define.
What You'll Do
• Build and own Fabriclore's content and media strategy across formats—podcasts, short-form video, reviews, editorial, contests, and formats yet to be invented.
• Establish Fabriclore as a thought leader by creating content that champions Fashion Brands, Private Labels, Fashion Design Students, and the industry at large.
• Develop flagship properties (e.g., a signature podcast, a design contest, a BTS series) that build community and authority.
• Leverage and grow relationships across the fashion, media, and celebrity circuit to bring credible voices onto our platforms.
• Represent Fabriclore as a public face and cultural connector within the industry.
• Partner with Brand, SEO, Product, and Business teams to ensure content drives both influence and commercial outcomes.
• Build and lead a content and media team as the function scales.
Who You Are
• 10+ years in media, content, entertainment, or fashion—with a track record of building audiences or brands.
• Deeply connected in the ***** circuit of fashion and celebrity, with the network to open doors.
• Possibly an influencer or public voice in your own right—someone with personal credibility and reach.
• A storyteller who understands that the most compelling fashion narratives are about the business, craft, and people beneath the surface.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building a function from the ground up.
• Fluent in modern content formats and platforms, and intuitive about what makes content resonate and spread.
Why Fabriclore
You'll be defining an entirely new voice in an industry hungry for one—with the backing of a VC-funded, tech-led company and the creative freedom to shape the narrative of Indian fashion for the world.
