Job Description
Qualification: Grad/MBA in HR preferable
Experience: Minimum 3 year in volume hiring / Lateral hiring
Excellent communication in English and one south language
Salary will be discussed basis the skills and required experience
Expertise in using job portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster etc
Interacting with vendors to get the walk-ins scheduled and making sure that candidate should not be No-show by constant follow up with recruiters
Can guide and support minimum 4 recruiters.
Training them on sourcing/screening and to co-ordinate at different level to meet the team target.
Required Sourcing And Screening Skills.
Can be confident in closing the position as an individual contributor.
High on ethics.
Process oriented
