Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Production Support Technical Lead - Dot NET & Python with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead L3 production support for Facets / Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, application logs, and SQL databases.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.
• Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.
• Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives.
Required Skills
• 9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues.
• Experience with healthcare applications and integration workflows (Guiding Care preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate across teams.
Preferred
• Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Locations: Chennai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid
Preferred: Immediate Joiners (or) Less than 60 Days' Notice Period
