The individual in this role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various positions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing innovative recruitment strategies, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role also involves active involvement in employer branding, coordinating career events, and keeping abreast of recruitment trends. Qualifications Extensive experience in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals Strong interviewing and selection skills with the ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit Expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and implementing hiring policies Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding practices, and employment laws and compliance standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus Proven ability to meet hiring goals and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
