Our client, located on the shores of Lake Superior in Baraga, Michigan is looking for a

Sr. Manager of Human Resources to join their team:

RELOCATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE

Description:

Will be responsible for the support of 3 facilities located in Michigan, Wisconsin and Louisiana.

Serve a trusted advisor to the president to lead workforce planning, engagement strategy, talent management, employee relations, succession planning, compliance and compensation.

Oversee the HR generalist and manage day-to-day HR expectations

Collaborate with the executive leadership team on HR strategy and initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

10+ years of progressive HR experience

Previous experience in manufacturing environment required

Salary Range: $110K - $130K

This role is onsite daily
