A leading manufacturer and wholesaler of chains & jewellery in Chandni Chowk, Delhi is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join the team.

This might be for you if:

You have 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in the jewellery industry is preferred.
You have handled recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
You communicate confidently and build strong relationships across teams.
You are fluent in Hindi and English.
You are comfortable travelling to Chandni Chowk every day.
What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Maintain HR records and ensure HR policy compliance.
Support performance management and employee development.
Partner with leadership to strengthen HR processes and build a high-performing team.

In-office only
Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi
3–5 years of HR experience
Jewellery industry experience preferred
Daily commute to Chandni Chowk is required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Chandni Chowk, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
