We need a Senior HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and payroll with accuracy and ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
· Handle attendance, leaves, late marks, overtime, deductions, incentives, advances, and salary inputs.
· Manage monthly payroll coordination with accounts/management with proper accuracy and confidentiality.
· Maintain employee records, HR documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
· Track employee discipline, punctuality, reporting, workplace conduct, and support management in HR processes.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
· Strong practical knowledge of payroll is mandatory.
· Good experience in recruitment and employee coordination.
· Good command over English communication.
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic HR reporting.
· Mature, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
Experience in a startup, media, creative, sales, digital, IT, or service-based company will be preferred.
