Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. HRBP for an MNC FMCG, based in Mumbai.
Requirements
• Post Grad in HR/PMIR ( 2 years full time residential ) from XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM/SCMHRD with 8-10 years of experience in HR in an FMCG, of which at least 3-4 years as HRBP handling Sales/ Mktg is mandatory.
The Job
• Strategic HR partner to translate business strategies and objectives
• Lead changes and transformation programmes in alignment with Business Strategies
• Creating high performance culture in alignment with the Business by implementing organisation design solutions.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Managing end to end HR projects
• Organisation design
