We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job openingPreferred Qualifications• Minimum of 5 years of experience with electronics test, debug, and PCBA rework. • Strong electronic hardware troubleshooting skills using hardware test equipment, such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers• Ability to perform board level rework and modifications for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) designs (e.g., soldering, component replacement, trace cuts & adds)• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics utilizing PCB schematic and layout viewers• Experience performing hands-on product certification testing, such as EMC testing to meet IEC 61010• Programming experience in Python and/or C++ with a passion for outside-the-box thinking to leverage these tools in automated test applications within hardware development• Experience working in a scaled Agile environment • Strong attention to detail and ownership• Excellent written and verbal communication • Growth mindset with willingness to learn, mentor and expand technical ownershipRockwell Automation is an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability and veterans.
