Senior Graphic Designer – Brand & E-commerce Creatives

We are looking for a highly creative and modern Graphic Designer who can play an important role in building a new consumer smart-appliances brand.

We do not need a designer who only executes banners or follows templates. The candidate should have a strong visual sense, understand premium consumer brands, and independently bring creative ideas for product presentation, e-commerce, social media and overall brand building.

Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality product images and marketplace creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, D2C and other platforms.
• Design:
• Product hero images
• Feature infographics
• Lifestyle creatives
• Comparison graphics
• Amazon A+ Content
• Brand Store creatives
• Social media posts
• Website banners
• Digital advertising creatives
• Launch campaign creatives
• Packaging-related visual concepts when required
• Convert technical product features into simple, attractive and premium visual communication.
• Develop a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Create/edit product videos, reels and short-form social media content.
• Should have experience or good working knowledge of 3D product creatives, product renders and animated product videos.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, content team and marketplace team.
• Research leading Indian and international consumer brands and continuously introduce new creative concepts.
• Use AI-based creative tools to improve productivity, ideation and output quality.
• Participate actively in building the overall look and feel of the brand.

Skills & Software

Strong hands-on experience preferred in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Canva
• Video editing
• Motion graphics
• 3D product visualisation/rendering
• Blender/Cinema 4D or similar 3D software will be a strong advantage
• AI image and video generation/editing tools

Candidate We Are Looking For

The candidate should have:
• Excellent creative and visualisation skills
• Strong understanding of modern and premium brand aesthetics
• Experience creating e-commerce product creatives
• Ability to understand a product and independently conceptualise how it should be visually presented
• Strong sense of typography, composition, colours and layouts
• Good understanding of social media creative formats and trends
• Video editing and motion graphics capability
• Exposure to 3D product rendering/animation
• Strong interest in AI-assisted design workflows
• Ability to work fast without compromising design quality
• A strong portfolio demonstrating actual creative capability

Important Hiring Note

Portfolio quality should be the primary shortlisting criterion.

Please avoid candidates whose portfolios consist mainly of basic social media posts, template-based banners or routine Photoshop work.

We need a brand-oriented creative designer capable of building a premium consumer brand from scratch and producing work comparable to strong D2C and international consumer brands.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
