Job Overview -
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design and video projects, ensuring a high level of quality and creativity. The role involves collaborating with various teams to bring ideas to life through visually stunning and compelling designs and videos.
Responsibilities -
Graphic Design -
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent design elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials.
Video Editing -
Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
Work with raw footage to assemble video content, incorporating effects, transitions, and other elements.
Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts that align with marketing strategies.
Project Management -
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
Creative Direction -
Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and video editors.
Ensure that all creative elements align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Technical Proficiency -
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and technologies.
Quality Assurance -
Conduct thorough quality checks on all design and video deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Implement best practices for file organization and version control.
Qualifications -
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
2. Proven 5 years or more experience as a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
3. Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
5. Strong time management and organizational skills.
6. Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for staying updated on design and video editing advancements.
We need some energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join and strengthen the team.
