Position
Senior Fashion Designer – Women's Indian Couture

Qualification
• Degree / Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute

Experience
• Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Women's Indian Couture
• Experience with leading designer labels will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Design premium women's Indian couture collections including Bridal Lehengas, Couture Gowns, Sarees, and Ethnic Wear
• Create detailed fashion illustrations, technical sketches, and embroidery artwork
• Develop hand embroidery concepts and oversee embroidery execution
• Prepare seasonal mood boards, trend forecasts, and collection presentations
• Design client presentation boards and couture concepts
• Work closely with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams
• Ensure timely development of collections with high design standards
• Stay updated with global fashion trends, fabrics, embellishments, and couture techniques

Skills Required
• Expertise in Women's Indian Couture & Hand Embroidery
• Excellent illustration and sketching skills for Lehengas and Couture Designs
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques, fabric development, and garment construction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and trend forecasting abilities
