JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:-

· Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance .

· Responding to emergencies

· Repairing equipment and testing repairs

· Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults

· Diagnose breakdown problems

· Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components

· Creating maintenance procedures

· Monitor and control maintenance costs

· Managing stocks of supplies and equipment

· Keeping records of faults and repairs
