Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and functional leaders to identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation.

Responsible for all training and development in the organization.
·
Support to Design, develop, and implement LD programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to various roles. Tracks L D via metrics and KPI's.
·
Manage end-to-end training execution: scheduling, communication, logistics, delivery, feedback, and evaluation.
·
Support training for new hires, ensuring smooth cultural and role integration.
·
Partner with external training providers, consultants, and e-learning platforms when necessary.
·
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve LD initiatives.
·
Maintain accurate records of training activities in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, especially for GMP trainings in a biotech/pharma environment.
·
Contribute to leadership and soft skills development programs for mid- and senior-level employees.
·
Responsible for all employee wellness and employee engagement related sessions.
·
Responsible for deploying budgets and keeping track.
·
Stay updated on the latest LD trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical/biotech space.
Qualifications and Educational Requirement
·
Postgraduate degree/diploma in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
·
5-7 years of experience in Learning Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
·
Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.
·
Proficiency and knowledge in using MS Office and Learning Management Systems.
·
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
·
Needs to be interested in training. Needs to be conceptually sound on the topic.
·
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualities
·
Exposure to GMP training environments.
·
Certification in Instructional Design, Train the Trainer (TTT), or other LD methodologies is a plus.
·
Experience with digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors).
