Job Description
Job Purpose
• Responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on Information Security risks, Cyber security risk and aligning security posture of the organization in a manner that supports effective protection of information assets, reviewing and suggesting security controls in support of NCDEX compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Cyber risk and cyber intelligence: Keeping abreast of developing security threats, Security operations: Real-time analysis of immediate threats, and triage when something goes wrong
Responsibilities
• To strengthen cyber security and cyber resilience
framework
• Complying with the latest regulations and compliance
requirements
• Running Cyber security audits as per regularity
Requirement
• Reviewing and analyzing data leakage detections
• Performing Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing activities as per the regulatory requirements, Source code review and coordinate with different stakeholders for closing the observations
• Assist CISO in the implementation of the following security initiatives:
1. End Point Backup Solution
2. 2FA and DLP Implementation
3. Patch Management activities
• ISO 27001 Implementation
• Lead and manage Security Operations Centre.
• Provide strategic directions to SOC team and
organization for security posture improvements.
• Ensure compliance to SLA.
• Ensure process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
• Continuous assessment of current Information
security/Cyber security practices and systems and
identifying areas for improvement
• Create and manage information security /Cyber security
awareness training programs for New Joiners.
• Review, update and provide recommendation with respect to Information security policy, Cyber Security policy and standards.
Educational Qualification
• B.E /BTECH
• Preferred CISA/CISM/ISO27001 certification/CEH
Experience
• 4 - * years of Experience in the field of Information security, IT Security

• Exhibit excellent analytical skills

• Interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
