Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar
Salary: INR 20,000 to INR 40,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Good organizational and time-management skills
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
