AC Lion is partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed AI marketing technology company to hire a Senior Customer AI Engineer.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on enterprise implementation, integration, and optimization of an AI-driven platform.

The Opportunity

You’ll serve as a trusted technical partner to Fortune 500 brands, guiding customers from post-sale implementation through ongoing optimization and expansion.

This role blends technical account management, AI solutioning, and enterprise delivery — ensuring customers unlock measurable value from the platform.

What You Will Do
• Lead integrations (APIs, data feeds, product catalogs, system dependencies)
• Design custom technical solutions including dashboards, exports, and workflows
• Support RFP/RFI technical responses and build scalable internal processes
• Partner with customers on optimization, automation, and performance validation
• Own the technical relationship for assigned enterprise accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Identify expansion opportunities through advanced technical use cases

What The Hiring Team is Looking For
• 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role within SaaS, AI, or martech
• Strong hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data systems
• Working knowledge of databases, analytics, and AI/ML concepts
• Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
• Comfortable building process in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Base Comp: $175 - 200k + variable
