DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Video Commerce team in India. This is a dual-mandate role — half focused on scaling Amazon Live's video commerce initiatives, and half on leading Go-To-Market (GTM) for Sponsored Products for Creators in India. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creator ecosystems, live commerce innovation, and advertising-funded monetization — driving creator onboarding, category expansion, and revenue growth across both programs.

Key job responsibilities
• Creator Acquisition & Development: Source, onboard, and train a diverse creator roster (lifestyle creators, celebrities, subject matter experts) for Amazon Live IN.
• Content Strategy & Programming: Develop marquee shows, mini-series, and event-based livestream programming that drive customer goals.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze livestream metrics to identify improvement levers and inform product roadmap recommendations.
• Launch and manage new customer products and propositions.
• Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for new creator product launches
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and global cross functional teams ensuring requirements are reflected in the product roadmap.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor creator activation rates, click volumes, and advertiser RoAS. Surface insights to improve fill rates, creator earnings predictability, and program health.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitive landscape and recommend differentiated strategies to win creator mindshare in India.
About the team
The IN Creator Success team leads Amazon India's vision of building India’s most successful creator engagement program. As part of our charter, we own building & scaling influencer relationships for traffic generating and on-site content programs like Amazon Influencer Program, Video Shopping Experiences and Amazon Live. With its network of hundreds of thousands of creators, the Amazon Influencer Program is already a global leader in affiliate marketing and a preferred mode of monetization for creators. The addition of newer content experiences on Amazon increases the opportunities that we have to engage with creators and enable them to share their unique perspectives with our customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
• Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
