Job Description – Demo Specialist (Educational ERP)
Company: Infinity Infoway Ltd.
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Demo Specialist – Educational ERP who can understand educational ERP solutions, conduct professional product demonstrations, and effectively explain technical and functional features to schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct end-to-end demonstrations of Educational ERP software to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and map them with relevant ERP modules and features.
• Explain ERP workflows, functionality, benefits, and implementation processes in a simple and convincing manner.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Implementation, Support, and Technical teams.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and requirement-based walkthroughs.
• Handle client queries during and after demonstrations.
• Participate in client meetings and travel for demos whenever required.
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Gather client feedback and communicate requirements to the product/technical team.
• Maintain proper demo records and follow up on client requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in Educational ERP / ERP / Software Demonstration / ERP Implementation / ERP Support.
• Strong understanding of ERP software and business workflows.
• Educational ERP experience will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience as ERP Consultant, ERP Implementation Executive, ERP Support Executive, Software Consultant, Presales Executive, or Demo Specialist can apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Office, and documentation.
• Confident in conducting online and offline product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience working with Schools, Colleges, Universities, or Educational Institutions.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, support, consulting, or product demonstrations.
• Technically sound with strong product understanding.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Education
B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / MBA (IT) / equivalent qualification preferred.
