Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Strategy & Growth Manager who combines structured strategic thinking with
strong execution skills. This role will work across brand, growth, and digital initiatives—supporting business
expansion, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable results.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to translate business objectives into
clear brand and growth strategies, and ensure disciplined execution across channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and execute brand and portfolio strategy initiatives
• Contribute to business and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
• Assist in digital transformation and performance marketing programs
• Help build and manage integrated marketing ecosystems across channels
• Support go-to-market and innovation initiatives for new launches and services
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand and business goals
• Track performance, insights, and outcomes to inform decision-making
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, growth, consulting, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of brand-led growth and performance marketing fundamentals
• Experience working on business strategy, GTM, or growth initiatives
• Comfortable working with data, insights, and performance metrics
• Ability to think strategically while executing with speed and discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
