Job Description
Be at least 21 years of age
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff
You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and use technology to document activities
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols
Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and adherence to facility access procedures
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements
