Responsibilities

Overnight Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Full-Time: Tuesday – Saturday (40 hours/week)
Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Full-Time: Tuesday – Saturday (40 hours/week)
Part-Time: Sunday & Monday (16 hours/week)
Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for staff, visitors, and patients
Provide exceptional customer service while serving as the first point of contact
Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols on foot
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and service requests
Utilize Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) principles and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations
Monitor individuals when necessary to promote safety during potential elopement situations while following established procedures
Work closely with the onsite Security Operations Center (SOC) and other team members during incidents
Complete accurate reports and communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow officers
Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times

Pay Rate

Starting at $20.00 per hour

Available Schedules

Overnight Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
• Full-Time: Tuesday – Saturday (40 hours/week)
• Part-Time: Sunday & Monday (16 hours/week)

Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Full-Time: Tuesday – Saturday (40 hours/week)

Minimum Qualifications
• 1–3 years of prior security experience.
• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
