Valid drivers license
Possess a valid armed guard card or license
Be at least 21 years of age
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Participate in industry-specific security training programs
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location
Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with established site requirements
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records; issue and retrieve access credentials as directed by site procedures
Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, surrounding areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns

What You'll Do
