Responsibilities:
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
• Control access to buildings and ensure that only authorized personnel enter secure areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees and visitors.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.
• Enforce rules and regulations set forth by MSF Security for the safety of all.
• Support the overall mission of MSF Security in maintaining a secure environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification of 10th Pass.
• 1-2 years of experience in security roles, preferably as a Security Guard.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
• Must possess a valid ID and be able to provide a background check.
