Job Title: Security Roster Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (Subject to Experience)

Hours: 47.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate security staff rosters, utilising Logosoft.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and BS 7858 vetting.
Process end-of-month salaries and payroll.
Coordinate holiday leave and accrual calculations.
Collaborate with Operations Management for optimal roster results.
Liaise with clients and staff for satisfaction.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
Motivate and support staff, maintaining strong relationships.
Cover out-of-hours phone duties on a rotation basis.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints.
Administer Logosoft, overseeing all elements.
Develop efficient administrative systems.
Oversee purchases and sourcing for best value.
Assist Operations Manager/Director upon requests.
Conduct professional email correspondence.
