We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in using HubSpot CRM to generate, nurture, and convert leads within the B2B platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive growth using inbound and outbound methodologies through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting manufacturers and industrial companies.
• Manage the full sales funnel using HubSpot CRM: from prospecting and qualification to deal closure and onboarding.
• Create and automate workflows in HubSpot to track, nurture, and convert leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch targeted email campaigns, lead magnets, and nurture sequences.
• Qualify and segment inbound leads from trade shows, website forms, content downloads, and paid channels.
• Research and identify potential clients using industry databases, LinkedIn, and trade associations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and provide weekly reporting and sales forecasts.
• Develop customized pitches and outreach strategies tailored to manufacturers and industrial buyers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to account management.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM - pipeline management, workflow automation, reporting, and email campaigns.
• Track record of successful lead generation and closing new business with manufacturers or OEMs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, buyer personas, and industrial decision-making cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, content strategy, and paid lead channels is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling SaaS, equipment, or services into mid-to-large manufacturing companies.
• HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, etc.).
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other B2B prospecting tools. Read more
