Key job responsibilities
Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:
Plan, facilitate, and execute logistics for FC courses drawing participants from around the globe.
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training-related programs.
Assure trainees are given accurate and useful information on an ongoing basis, including frequent verbal feedback.
Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation. Using feedback, continuously strive for improved training programs and processes.
Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.).
Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
Assess development needs for individuals and groups.
Fully understand workflow and daily production goals.
Problem solving responsibilities: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
Balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite
Understanding of fulfillment center processes and flow
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work with minimal direct supervision and to prioritize and
manage time effectively in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
Ability to give and receive feedback effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates, and senior management, both individually and in groups
Experience delivering messages related to performance
