Scrum Master

Coordinate with product managers, design team, tech team, and the QA to get things done
Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, retrospective, and other meetings as necessary for the smooth functioning of the team
Help team estimate and increase velocity
Monitor progress of the sprint, devise process and suggest improvements regularly
Manage and maintain Scrum boards, User Stories, PRDs, Design and Planning Sheets
Promote conflict resolution by focusing on Scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect
Guide and coach team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to customers
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
Strong knowledge of Azure, DevOps, CI/ CD Pipeline, Jira and Agile
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize issues. and develop effective solutions.
Experience leading large-scale agile transformations at a team level and working in multi-team programs following scaled-Agile approaches
