Indian Women Impact, a non-profit organization, is seeking a creative and passionate Science Teacher/Science Lab Facilitator for its upcoming summer camp. The Science Teacher/Science Lab Facilitator will be responsible for teaching and facilitating science experiments for children in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade batches in a fun and engaging way. The position is part-time and will last for two months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and facilitate science experiments to children in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade batches in a fun and engaging way.
• Develop lesson plans and activities that align with the summer camp curriculum and goals.
• Manage the Science Club and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Science Lab.
• Provide support and guidance to the children during the experiment and answer their questions.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a smooth and successful summer camp experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field preferred, but not required.
• Freshers with good knowledge and creativity in science experiments are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with children.
• Ability to create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for science experiments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
