School Co-ordinator

The School Coordinator will serve as a key administrative leader within the school, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, supporting both staff and students, and facilitating communication between teachers, parents, and the wider community. The coordinator will work closely with school leadership to implement academic programs, maintain a productive school environment, and support the overall mission and goals of the institution.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in school administration, teaching, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and administration.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
