About us

Quality Inn is a small business in Decatur, IN. We are professional, agile and fun.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing designated areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
