Job Description :Location : Mumbai Experience required : 4 to 8 years (Senior Job Responsibilities) Notice Period : less than 30 days Salary (Min and Max) : 18-23 LPA Job Function : Note : candidate must have application development experience on Sybase/ oracle with some kind of query optimization/ DB objects creation. Java will be a plus. Skills and Requirement : Skills

• Sybase or oracle DBA.

• Ability to perform database optimization.

• Agile development principle, methodologies and DevOps adoption of CI/CD/CM.

• Understanding of Jira, GIT, Jenkins, Sonar etc. Required Skills :- Strong understanding of core database concepts including data modelling, database design and ETL.

• Hands-on experience in writing SQLs, Stored Procedures.

• Proficient in ANSI SQL.

• Knowledge & experience performance tuning using an index, query plans & various other SQL optimizations.

• Quick learner and ability to understand and follow functional processing of the system.

• Good communication collaboration skills.

• Desire to learn functional domain.

• Basic scripting experience using the shell on Unix based OS.

• Experience in Sybase or DB2. Preferred Skills :- Experience on Teradata. Knowledge of Perl.

• Ability to multi-task and work against deadlines/priorities.

• Strong DB technologist with a passion for high-quality engineering and problem-solving.

• Good collaboration with team members and stakeholders across the globe.

• Good understanding of Relational and document Databases with a high volume of data processing. (ref:hirist.com
