Job Description
Position: Salesperson – Automobile Industry
Location: Rambagh, Hyundai Showroom
Industry: Automotive / Automobile Sales
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and generate automobile sales inquiries.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing, and exchange offers to customers.
Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads from showroom visits, digital inquiries, and referrals.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain updated knowledge of Hyundai products and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience preferred.
Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidate with prior experience in car dealership/showroom sales.
Strong customer handling and closing skills.
Presentable personality with professional behavior.
