Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud to take on a functional and hands-on role in aligning our Salesforce infrastructure with our strategic business objectives. This position is ideal for a collaborative and solution-oriented professional who excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while actively driving system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Lead hands-on Salesforce initiatives, and refactoring projects, to drive efficiency and improve user experience.
• Identify and address user experience challenges, focusing on key features like calendar functionality and call logging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce features and deliver impactful solutions.
• Evaluate current Salesforce usage and provide strategic recommendations to enhance productivity, including mobile usability and reporting enhancements.
• Develop and implement solutions to streamline login processes, with a focus on the integration with Okta.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users and maximize engagement with the platform.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud in a functional and hands-on capacity.
• Strong background in user experience design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools, features, and best practices to drive operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
