we hiring on urgent basis on Sales -cordinator /Sales team manager

Proper management of enquiries.
• Training on product knowledge and customer handling.
• Automotive orientation for new team members.
• Proper management of generated enquiries .& Hnadel team ,Team
• Ensuring team target achievement on all aspects through enquiries generated from field activities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular reviews.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and track sales .
• Daily check attendance report of all team member .Check filed visit record maintain

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent product knowledge, Process orientation, customer centric approach, Team management skills, self-motivated.

EDUCATION:

Minimum graduate/MBA in Marketing

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the as a Team Leader & Mananger.
