Location: Field Operations / Local Market
Job Summary:- We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Sales Team Leader for the ShopsQ platform. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a field sales team, driving merchant onboarding activities, and ensuring daily market operations are executed effectively.
The Sales Team Leader must build their own team of minimum 10 Sales Executives within 10 days of joining. After team formation, the Team Leader will manage the sales team and ensure local market vendors/shopkeepers are onboarded successfully on the ShopsQ platform.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a minimum team of 10 Sales Executives within 10 days of joining.
Recruit, guide, and train Sales Executives for field sales activities.
Ensure the sales team visits local markets and onboard vendors/shopkeepers on the ShopsQ application.
Monitor daily onboarding targets and team performance.
Guide the team in explaining ShopsQ services and benefits to vendors.
Ensure proper collection and verification of merchant KYC documents.
Support the team in merchant registration and activation processes.
Conduct regular field visits and monitor market coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and business owners.
Resolve merchant and team-related issues effectively.
Submit Daily Planning Reports and Team Performance Reports to management.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of the sales team.
Achieve assigned onboarding and business targets.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team-building capability.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in field sales and team handling.
Ability to recruit and manage sales staff.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Basic knowledge of Android mobile applications and digital platforms.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Team Handling, Field Sales, Telecom, FMCG, Fintech, Merchant Onboarding, or E-commerce sector is mandatory.
Candidate should be comfortable with local travel and field operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
