Sales & Support Executive (B2B/B2C SaaS)

Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and connect with potential customers.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales inquiries.
- Explain Digisky products and services to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Manage customer onboarding and basic support.
- Maintain customer data and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service activation and issue resolution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, Telecom, IT Services, Digital Marketing, CRM, WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, or related industries.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, Email, and Internet applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer support queries.
Mandatory Requirements
- Personal Laptop is Mandatory.
- Good Internet Knowledge.
- Hindi Communication Required.
- Basic English Communication Preferred.
Performance Target
- Monthly Billing Target: ₹2,00,000+
- Incentives will be provided based on performance and target achievement.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in SaaS Sales
- WhatsApp API Sales Experience
- CRM/Software Sales Experience
- Telecom or Digital Marketing Sales Experience
