Responsibilities Sales Strategy Planning Partner with the CSMO and Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies for both domestic and international markets including market analysis and forecasting Budgeting Resource Allocation Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals Market Intelligence Gather analyze and share regular marketing and competitive intelligence for domestic and international markets to support decision-making Order Management Support Facilitate order alignment and planning processes to ensure timely execution and accuracy Reporting Communication Prepare and update key reports for internal and external stakeholders ensuring clarity accuracy and timely dissemination Cross-functional Coordination Act as a liaison between Sales Marketing and other departments to streamline processes and enhance collaboration Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Environmental or equivalent MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Strategy mandatory 2 to 5 years of experience in strategy or as EA to C-Suite or in Sales planning
