Role Summary
We are looking for a Mutual Fund Executive to assist clients with mutual fund related services, maintain documentation, and support daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess good English communication skills, basic knowledge of mutual funds, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in English to handle mutual fund inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist clients with mutual fund related processes and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client data.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Handle professional email communication with clients and internal teams.
- Perform data entry with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Required Skills
- Any Graduate qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Valuable spoken and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of mutual fund concepts and financial products.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Good organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in mutual fund operations or financial services will be an added advantage.
